Hi All, I got an error “Windows support software could not be saved to selected drive. An error occurred while saving the Windows support Software”. I have Macbook Pro Mid 2014 model. I have updated to latest Yosemite and updated all the App Store apps to their latest version. I have my Win 8.1 iso copied to Mac HDD and 32GB USB connected. Opened Bootcamp and elected all three options and continued.
Above error is displayed when progress is around 60%. I repeated the same for 4-5 times and even tried it after restarting Mac. But, the same error keeps popping up. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. What would be the problem? If it is the issue of downloading Support software, can I manually download and install (or copy) it?

It works fine, And, Windows is LIVE.?. I tried over numerous days, even bought a new USB stick, and I kept getting the same error. Today, I found another solution online, and that one worked for me. Insert the USB stick (don't remove it until everything's done), reboot in Safe Boot mode (hold left Shift key when you hear the startup chime), start Disk Utility, erase the entire USB stick itself (not its partition) as FAT (it won't mount the stick's partition afterwards since it's in safe mode), then reboot normally and restart Boot Camp Utility to save to the newly-formatted stick.
